Aquaworx Policies

Payment Policy:
  • All classes MUST be paid for prior to, or at the start of classes for the month. 
  • Discounted Packages offered are 4 classes ($8,500), 8 classes ($15,500) and 12 classes ($22,500) per month. 
  • Packages purchased MUST be utilized within the swim month dates identified in your Swim Calendar.
  • If you are only able to swim for less days than the package number of days, these classes will be priced at $2250 per session. For example, purchase of 3 classes will be billed at $2250 each class.  
  • Un-used classes will not be rolled over to the new month. Only purchase the classes that you are confident you will use. Classes purchased for a month will expire on the last day of that month. Please be guided by the calendar.
  • Swimmers with purchased classes will have the priority for spaces in swim sessions. 
  • ​PACKAGES WILL EXPIRE WITHIN THE MONTH PURCHASED

Booking Policy:
  • Bookings must be initiated by you through the vCita booking platform. Our admin team may assist you with your first booking, but we will need you to book your classes thereafter. 
  • Failure to book a session means that you will not be allowed to swim in that session. Bookings give us the data needed to plan the teaching capacity by class. Surprise attendances jeopardizes our promised ratios and lessen the value of a class. 
  • Book all intended sessions at once in order to maintain consistency with day and time, and instructor. This will support your child's progress.

Cancelation Policy:
  • You are allowed to cancel your bookings at any time. 
  • If you cancel a class, you have the opportunity right from your platform, to book another class within the same month (please be guided by the calendar).
  • Cancelations must occur at least 24 hours before the class time in order to allow someone on the waiting list to be able to accept this now available space. 
  • Failure to cancel a class will result in you being tagged as a NO SHOW. Once tagged as a no show, this class will be considered used. 
  • Calls to the administrative office an hour or during the class will not be considered for cancelation, these will be tagged as No Show.

Bank 2 Bank transfers with notes on name of child swimming.
NO CASH TRANSACTIONS
Note that all packages are valid for one month.
Please pick a package that you will be able to complete within the month purchased.
