Aquaworx Policies


Booking Policy:
  • Now you can Book your own sessions.
  • Register with Aquaworx and select the correct group for your child based on age and competency. 
  • If you are uncertain of your child's water competency, please request an assessment so your child is placed in the right group.
  • Book sessions that you are sure you will be able to attend. 
  • Your session is not completely booked until a payment has been made and a QR code has been issued to your inbox.
  • This QR code will give you access to your session and can only apply to the swimmer purchased for.
  • Please ensure that sessions booked are attended. If there are plans to not attend, please see cancelation policy below.

Payment Policy:
  • All classes MUST be paid for prior to the start of classes.  

  • Your session is not completely booked until a payment has been made and a QR code has been issued to your inbox.
  • Discounted Packages offered are 4 classes ($8,500), 8 classes ($15,500) and 12 classes ($22,500) per month. 
  • If you are only able to swim for less days than the package number of days, these classes will be priced at $2500 per session. For example, purchase of 3 classes will be billed at $2500 each class at a total of $7500.  
  • A paid and booked spot is your spot and no other swimmer will have access to that spot. 
  • Packages purchased MUST be utilized within the swim month dates identified in your Swim Calendar.
  • Un-attended classes will not be rolled over to the new month. These will expire on the day.
  • A request for a makeup can be made 24 hours prior to the session. This must be approved. An attempt to cancel a session within 24 hours of the class will not be allowed. ​

Cancelation Policy:
  • You are allowed to cancel your bookings 24 hours prior to the start of the session.
  • If you cancel a class, you have the opportunity right from your platform, to book another class within the same month (please be guided by the calendar).
  • If there is no cancellation of the session prior to 24 hours for the class, along with no attendance to the class, the class will be considered as used.  
  • Calls to the administrative office an hour or during the class will not be considered for cancelation.

Pay via our eCommerce site when booking.
Pay via Card Transaction in office and assisted bookings. 
NO CASH TRANSACTIONS.
Note that all packages are valid for one month.
Please pick a package that you will be able to complete within the month purchased.
