14th Baby & Me Intro to Aquatics (Tadpoles)
About: For swimmers starting their journey in the world of aquatics between 6 months - 18 months. This programme requires a consistent pair of infant and parent in water for each session. This 6 week programme is designed to educate parents about water, water safety and the discipline of swimming, while giving them an opportunity to water bond with their infant, and ensure little swimmers are happy in water. Promotion from Tadpoles to Guppies Available times: Saturdays 3pm Sundays at 10am Sessions are 45 mins long. January - March Cohorts January 11th - Feb 15th February 15th - March 22nd Grab a group of friends and build your own class during the week! Mid-morning sessions can be created.

Beginners Infants (Guppies)
About: For swimmers as young as 18 months old - 36 months old, who have just started their learn to swim journey or have graduated from the Baby and Me Intro to Aquatics (Tadpoles programme). Here your child will learn the foundation for water safety and the freestyle stroke techniques in small classes 3:1 ratio. Promotion from Guppies to the Nemos. Available Times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm Saturdays @ 9am, 10am, 11am, and 12pm Sundays @11am, 12pm, Sessions are 55 minutes long

Beginners Toddler (Nemos)
About: For swimmers as young as 3 - 5 years, who have just started their learn to swim journey, or may have been promoted from the Guppies Programme. Here your child will learn the foundation for water safety and the freestyle stroke techniques in small classes. Available Times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm and 2pm Saturdays @ 9am, 10am, 11am, and 12pm Sundays @11am and 12pm, Sessions are 55 minutes long

Big Kid Beginners (Dories)
About: Big Kid Beginner sessions are designed for the big kid (6 to 12 years old) that is just starting their journey into the world of swimming. We have created a space for them where they will be able to confidently progress at a quicker pace with kids their own age. Available Times: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays @ Aquaworx -3pm and 4pm Saturdays @ 1pm and 2pm Sundays @ 1pm and 2pm 55 Minute sessions

Pre-Intermediate (Jellyfish)
About: Based on swimming competency (not age), where your child has been introduced to learn to swim, is confident and able to carry out basic skills. Here, your child will grow more independent through semi unassisted swimming, while learning key foundation skills and water survival skills. Available Times: Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 3pm and 4pm Saturdays @ 1pm and 2pm 55 minute classes

Intermediate - (Clown Fish)
About: Based on swimming competency (not age), where we fine tune the foundation stroke of freestyle and start building backstroke with less assistance from instructors, giving the swimmers space to develop their skills confidently, while delivering key survival skills. Available Times: Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays @3pm & 4pm Saturday @ 1pm and 2pm Sundays @2pm

Aquatics for Autism (Angels)
About: A one-of-a-kind programme offered in Jamaica, where the objective is to build water safety and water survival skills with an intent to get our kids swimming a stroke. Learning to swim, and simply being in water is therapeutic and encourages cognitive development for children with Autism. Available Times: Beginners Saturdays at 1pm Limited spots
